Why we're building this
Most recruitment agencies run on a collection of separate tools: an ATS here, a sourcing tool there, a calendar app for interviews, email for contracts. Each of those tools does its job, but none of them talk to each other. We build Rec-Motion because we believe an agency works better with one coherent platform than with ten separate subscriptions that happen to exist side by side.
How we build it
Every app in Rec-Motion is built natively — not a set of third-party tools glued together. That means your candidates, your team, and your permissions are the same everywhere, whether you're working in the ATS, Chat, or Documents. Turn new apps on or off yourself, without a new contract every time.
Who we build for
Rec-Motion exists only for recruitment agencies. Not a broad platform trying to also serve sales, marketing, and HR teams — every app, every workflow, and every example in this platform is made with one type of customer in mind. That means we don't spend time on features your agency will never use.
Built, sold, and operated from the Netherlands
Rec-Motion is a Dutch company. Our team is based in the Netherlands, our customers are Dutch recruitment agencies, and where possible we choose infrastructure with EU data centers. That's not marketing copy — it's why we know exactly which Dutch and European rules (GDPR first) a platform processing candidate data has to meet. More detail is on our GDPR & processing page.
