Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers the data Rec-Motion collects through this website(rec-motion.eu) — as a visitor, prospective customer, or someone filling in the contact form. For data processed by customer workspaces inside the Rec-Motion platform (e.g. candidate data in an ATS), a different relationship applies: Rec-Motion is a processor there, not a controller. Who is responsible

Rec-Motion, part of Recruitment Intermotion registered at Nieuwstraat 2, 4921 CX Made (Chamber of Commerce/KvK 86174355), is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy: privacy@rec-motion.eu.

What we collect

• Name, email, company and message — when you submit the contact form
• Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics — see our cookie policy for details
• Technical log data (IP address, timestamp) for abuse protection on the contact form

What we use it for

• To respond to your request for an introduction call or question
• To improve our website based on aggregated usage
• To prevent spam and abuse of the form

Legal basis

We process contact-form data based on your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Retention

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up contact, capped at 24 months after our last contact.

Sharing with third parties

We share contact-form data only with the parties needed to run the website and form: our hosting provider (Vercel), our CMS provider (Sanity), and our email service (Resend). A data processing agreement is in place with each, where applicable.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your data, and to object to processing. Contact privacy@rec-motion.euto exercise any of these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
